I really don't know how the writers keep coming up with such great stories with emotional hooks but they have done it again.

The Good:

- Definitely another great addition to the franchise, if not the last one.

- There were a lot of moments that will make you cry. A lot. And there were so many life lessons being introduced in this one, more than any of the others that I can remember.

- Woody did an act that was all kinds of emotions. I was a wreck. And that could only happen because the character has such an arc from the first one to this one. This also definitely was a Woody story.

- Jordan Peele and Keegan-Michael Key's characters were the funniest in the franchise. There was a storytelling moment that got the biggest laughter.

- Keanu Reeves' character was a fine addition, with a small arc of his own.

- Christina Hendricks' voice acting for her doll was chilling, but again, such a great arc for her as well.

- Tony Hale's Forky did not disappoint, and Annie Potts back as Bo Peep taking the lead role this time.

The Bad:

- The antique store sequence took a little long to get to the good parts.

Conclusion:

The third one was supposedly the last for the franchise, although it was never specifically announced to be that way. But this one has to be. Even though I could see a couple of directions they could take if they ever want to do a fifth one; but unless there really is a great story, this should be it. And I am more than happy to let it sit right here. But thinking about it, I wouldn't mind another adventure!
