Kirk Douglas has passed away at the an legendary age of 103, according to CNN.

Douglas was probably most well-known for playing Spartacus, among many others. He received his Honorary Award from the Academy Awards in 1996, and has also received 3 Best Actor nominations: as Vincent Van Gogh for Lust For Life released in 1956, The Bad And The Beautiful released in 1952, and Champion released in 1949.

The last time I saw him in a movie was It Runs In The Family back in 2003 in which he starred alongside his son, Michael Douglas, and they played father and son onscreen as well. However, his last movie was Illusion a year later where he was the lead.
