[Review] Holidate (3/10)

Title - Holidate
Studio - Netflix
Starring - Emma Roberts, Luke Bracey, Kristin Chenowith, Francis Fisher, Andrew Bachelor, Jessica Capshaw, Manish Dayal, Alex Moffat, Nicola Peltz
Writer - Tiffany Paulsen
Director - John Whitesell
Release - 28 October 2020

It was as if someone came up with the term "Holidate" and decided to force a movie out of it.

The writing was terrible, the characters were shallow and trite, there cast tried to make it work but it just wasn't happening.

Has the star power of Emma Roberts waned that much that she has to take on this kind of projects? And her character was so unbelievable because she was supposed to be having problems dating and not doing well in general, but not when she's looking like that! (Though her acting made it almost believable, I would give her that.)

And I haven't seen a character that was as annoying as Andrew Bachelor's for a very long time.
