Judd Apatow can direct some really great movies, so The Bubble was quite the surprise anomaly. The entire movie felt very segmented from scene to scene, probably because the writing was very fragmented to begin with.

The cast gave it their all, plus I'm sure it was a fun time shooting this - what must have been a very relaxed, stressed-free process. It was good to see the actors committing to each scene even though the end-product was not good. At least the movie was watchable.

Young Iris Apatow, daughter of Judd and Leslie Mann, was the weakest link in terms of acting, but this was her first big role in a motion picture and she wasn't so bad that her acting took you out of it. But Mann was very enjoyable to watch here even though she stepped aside half way through for others to shine.

There were some really funny moments that really made me laughed, but I wished there were more. Instead, a lot of scenes felt like a drag and making the movie feel longer than it actually was.
