I can appreciate Talk To Me going for something different in its story. Still, I'm still unsatisfied with certain things left unexplained.

But for the most part, it was definitely a good effort; especially when it's quite a small movie coming out of Australia. The way it was shot, it felt very Hollywood already.

Plus all the performers here were quite good, led by Sophie Wild who gave really great expressions that were very convincing.

At the end, I would have liked to know why the father was just lying on the floor and not doing anything else like calling an ambulance. And why Wild's character decided to do the opposite at the very end and how that led to a recovery of someone else - was it an exchange because nothing happened earlier eluded to the necessity of one?
