A time-traveling movie needs to be somewhat clever and, most importantly, follow a set of time-traveling rules. At the very least, just copy off Back To The Future. It's been done so many times and no one will fault you for copying because we all take that as the rule book.
This movie was all over the place, with a story that failed at being clever or different as Kaley Cuoco's character kept revealing her lies.
And the editor had to keep cutting around Pete Davidson's acting because he's not a competent dramatic actor, yet. And while the movie only required him to deliver an average performance - since Cuoco could do the heavy lifting; the progression of the story just wasn't strong enough to hold my attention.
Whenever Kevin Corrigan came onscreen, he had so much more charisma than both the leads that I kept thinking he was going to have a bigger role in the movie.
