[Review] Sentimental Value (7.5/10)

Best performance here, surprisingly, was Inga Ibsdotter Lilleaas who stole the scene whenever she was on, and she was usually with Renate Reinsve who was always magnetic. Which was why if Elle Fanning was nominated for Best Supporting and she was not for any award, I would have revolted.

Stellan Skarsgard was brilliant in this, and to only find out during the awards circuit that he needed an earpiece because he could no longer remember his lines, was even more of an achievement.

The story itself wasn't too engaging for me, but the great performances carried it through. And by the end there were some scenes which at least made it interesting enough. This poster though, not great.
