No doubt Dwayne Johnson really gave his heart and soul into this movie, and Emily Blunt has never disappointed; but this wasn't a great story.
It really didn't go anywhere. It stayed in the same beat with the same obstacle and that really didn't build any more interest as the movie went along.
The fight scenes, though reportedly was very accurate to how it all went down, was not exciting to watch at all.
I think most of the appeal was seeing Johnson really acted dramatically for once.
