The Warrior's Way (4/10)
[caption id="attachment_1976" align="alignleft" width="214" caption="(imdb.com)"][/caption]This was supposed to be a samurai movie, wasn't it? There's no real action, no choreography. Just a lot of slashing and pose, slashing and pose, or just pose and pose.I couldn't get over Kate Bosworth's thick southern accent.I don't know why Geoffrey Rush was in it, though his butt-crack was memorable. There's no chemistry between the two leads, as expected as I doubt Jang Dong-gun speaks enough English for them to bond.Danny Huston was OK I guess. The sets, something a la 300, was... colourful... and nice.Kate Bosworth looked like she did the best she could. And the only good thing here was probably Jang looking good doing what he did.Other than that, everything else wasn't impressive at all. The plot and story were weak, direction could have been better, and character development could have been a lot better too.
