Battle For Terra (4/10)

If I hadn't heard of a movie, there probably was a good reason for it. And this one, it probably was because its target audience was more for the younger generation.

The story and writing was really simple. One situation led to another quite matter of factly with little progression for the characters. It really didn't give the brain any stimulation so I'm thinking only pre-pubescent kids would find this entertaining.

The animation and art wasn't particularly impressive. Just enough to get the job done. So was the limited action sequences.

Watching this, though, reminded me a lot of Avatar. But then again, this movie was out since 2007. So can't really say this one copied Avatar, though I doubt Avatar copied this too.
