There really wasn't anything else that's interesting other than waiting for things to happen. It's a very typical movie for its genre. It started out slow albeit a little fun. But it took even a longer while before the real issue began and that's about the halfway point.
Karl Urban's character added a little bit more dimension into otherwise a very straightforward storyline. But it was the uneventful ending that was disappointing. And the part where Annable's character hit her head, I thought that was too simple and easy just to move the story along; making that part looked ridiculous as the director used the confusion of the situation to mask the simplicity of it all.
And the final scene too was just unnecessary, though I would have ended it differently just to be different, to be totally away from the conventional by having the protagonist fail. That would have been far more interesting.
And the editing needed a lot more work. Some scenes I had no idea what's going on or got confused with the space of things.
But I really didn't think either Heard nor Annable, and moreso for Urban, needed to make this movie. Just a waste of their effort.
