Top 10 Movies Of 2012

I know, I know. It's already 23 days into the year and this post is kind of late by now.

Anyway, before I jump into it, just a couple of honourable mentions for the re-releases of movies in 3D that stood the test of time and I still gave them high ratings even though it wasn't my first sit-through. And they are Titanic 3D and Finding Nemo 3D. 

Now, onwards. The Top 10:

10) The Amazing Spider-Man 3D 

9) Life Of Pi

8) Wreck-It Ralph

7) The Descendants

6) Les Miserables

5) The Cabin In The Woods

4) Chronicle

3) Looper

2) Moneyball

1) The Avengers

 

Surprise, surprise, (or maybe not) The Dark Knight Rises didn't make my list. It might have if I took out Moneyball and The Descendants as they honestly belong to 2011. However, they only came to this part of the world early this year.

Other honourable mentions would be The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, Frankenweenie and The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo.

And on the comedy front, Ted and 21 Jump Street are in the top 3 together with Wreck-It Ralph.

This year, the top 5 were rated 9 while the rest were rated 8.
