Beautiful Creatures (6/10)

Needless to say, Twilight franchise has killed every scene with two young people in love and trying to stay together. But I'm happy to report that this movie was much better than glowing vampires.

Nevertheless, it was still somewhat predictable like Twilight. The two main leads looked too old to play teenagers like Twilight. But the characters were more interesting for me than Twilight's. And Emma Thompson was there to remind me of Harry Potter.

So it's that kind of a movie.

The story went a little bit too slow. And throughout the whole movie nothing big ever really happened. But I was happy to get Jeremy Irons and Emmy Rossum. 

The library scenes were tedious. And that nice touching moment in the snow? Yep, Twilight spoiled it for me.
