But hey, if Robert Downey, Jr. can do it, let's not write him off just yet.
There has been some guesses that he could have been Ant-Man as he would fit right into that age bracket; but alas, when the big reveal came it was not to be.
As it were, he has a previous working relationship with directors J. J. Abrams (Avengers) and James Gunn (Guardians Of The Galaxy), so at the St. Louis Comic-Con last weekend he has hinted that he has a part in the August-release of Guardians Of The Galaxy.
How much of a role, I can only hope a significant one. Or at least one that would lead to something bigger in one of the Marvel sequels. However, it could be something that's a throw-away, too.
I've been a fan of Fillion since Two Guys, A Girl, And A Pizza Place. Although I didn't get to catch the short lived but has a strong cult following, Firefly, and I'm still waiting to watch the critically acclaimed Serenity; but I'm currently happily following his work on Castle.
Still, I'd like to see Fillion officially in front of a Marvel logo like the above. I think he's a nice guy, so let's hope this happens soon.
