Sin City was first released back in 2005. Nine years later, now, we're getting the sequel, A Dame To Kill For. As great as these posters look, with those comic book text boxes, this sequel has no idea what to expect in terms of sales. It has been too long since the first one and whether the fans are still onboard, only time will tell.
Not only that, A Dame To Kill For has a lot to live up to as well. When the first installment came out, it was a game changer in terms of style. The way it was shot has never been done before in the history of cinema. Obviously if they kept that style, it wouldn't have the same effect on the viewers this second time around so that's one thing less it has going for it.
I still like the previous title "A Dame To Die For". Still no idea why they changed it.
