Seth Rogen once again teams up with Evan Goldberg (This Is The End) to direct The Interview and they are also bringing back James Franco to star alongside Rogen.
The first teaser trailer just came out and I thought this has a hilarious premise about two reporters recruited by the CIA and tasked with assassinating Kim Jong Un (obviously this movie isn't going to be shown in Korea).
And when I first saw who was playing Kim Jong Un, I couldn't help but smile. Randall Park looks great in that role.
I hope Lizzy Caplan has a bigger role than what I've seen here because she has some comedic chops and can balance out the guys. I'm also intrigued by another female character that looked Korean and seemed like will be bringing the pain to our protagonists.
Overall, I loved the tone, the soundtrack, the colours of the graphic, and of course that bro-mance between the two leads; and I can't wait to watch this when it gets released in October.
