Orlando Bloom To Rejoin Pirates Of The Caribbean Sequel

Back in July we heard that the fifth installment of the Pirates Of The Caribbean sequel was pushed back to 2017, and that no word yet on who's returning other than the enthusiastic Johnny Depp.

Now we hear that Orlando Bloom is set to reprise his role, the blacksmith-turned-pirate Will Turner. Bloom needs this badly. Other than big franchise movies like The Lord Of The Rings and The Hobbit, Bloom hasn't done well for himself. This could really help his career after The Battle Of Five Armies end the trilogy later this year.

So does this mean Keira Knightley may return as well?

I didn't like how Knightley's character fell for Depp in the third movie, which was the one where Bloom didn't return. But after the second one, everything was just a mess. Yet, that didn't stop them from making the fourth.

Now, the fifth also has a title ready, Dead Men Tell No Tales. I would have to admit that their titles have always been very apt and cool. Too bad the quality of the movie kept going down hill.

I'm not excited about this franchise anymore, unless some other exciting news for it pops up in the future.
