Warning, as the title suggests, this movie is strictly for the nerds and geeks. If you're not one of us, you probably will not enjoy this road trip of a movie with all the cameos and the humour.
All the Easter eggs in this movie will come as a pleasant surprise. My only complaint is that there weren't more.
And I loved how it came down to a Trek versus Wars fiasco, with really cool cameos by some famous geeks as well. (Though J. J. Abrams has kind of bridged that gap by now.)
Directed by a big geek himself, Kyle Newman, and a full cast of like-minded people that are made up of Jay Baruchel, Dan Fogler, Kristen Bell, Sam Huntington and Chris Marquette.
The plot is quite a simple road-trip storyline. Nothing too special, only redeemed by the ending of the movie. Although, I have to say, as the fanboys got to their destination, it would have been nicer had it been a bigger area with more memorabilia.
But as a fanboy myself, I enjoyed this movie very much.
