Chris Pratt Set To Be A Cowboy Ninja Viking
If a cowboy ninja isn't enough to entice you, how about a cowboy ninja viking?
Chris Pratt confirmed the casting news in his tweet recently that he will be in another comic book adaptation titled Cowboy Ninja Viking, which the graphic novel was released back in 2009 and was created by A. J. Lieberman and Riley Rossmo.
The lead character Duncan is said to be trained by counter-intelligence unit that specialises in agents with multiple character disorder, and hence Duncan switches between being a cowboy, a ninja and a viking when assassinating his targets. I'm guessing Pratt will be playing the titular character since the sound of it suits him perfectly.
The script is reportedly to have been written by Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese (both of which worked together on Zombieland and G. I. Joe: Retaliation previously), but Universal is still on the lookout for a director. No release date has been set yet.
