The first official trailer for Charlie Brown and the Peanuts gang has just been "leaked" and 20th Century Fox's Instagram account is blaming it on Snoopy.
Not only that, but an investigation seems to be going on, too. Three pictures has been posted so far and I'm very impressed with the quality of the look of the characters.
The trailer itself, however, has not impressed me that much yet. And I'm still wondering if this will be entertaining enough for adults.
It better be though! Snoopy fans are all at least in my age category. I don't know if kids today are exposed to the world of Peanuts at all.
Directed by Steve Martino who also directed Ice Age: Continental Drift, the movie will only be released at the end of next year though, so the timing of this trailer feels a little bit premature.
One thing I'll say is that it does capture that essence of Snoopy's character and his antics in comic strips.
