Entourage First Trailer Is Finally Here

Entourage was one of the best things on TV during its earlier run. But it's been so long since then that nobody is sure whether it will still have that following.

And if there's any promotional material that is going to bring fans back, this trailer is it.

The pacing of this trailer is awesome. It opens up almost as if I thought I was watching a wrong trailer, until the titles Medellin and Aquaman pop up. And it brought a smile to my face because I knew exactly where the trailer is going.

Everything snapped back into place when we hear Ari's voice (Jeremy Piven) shouting for his assistant, Lloyd  (Rex Lee). And we're right back into the world of Entourage.

This trailer has everything the fans need. From Ari asking why is Drama (Kevin Dillon) still around, to Turtle (Jerry Ferrara) on the butt end of fat jokes, to Mark Wahlberg being a douche.

I also liked the addition of Billy Bob Thorton and Haley Joel Osment. And I'm sure there'll be plenty more recognisable faces making cameos. This is Entourage after all.

The only fear is that this movie will feel like a few TV episodes strung together. Hopefully Doug Ellin is directing it as a movie rather than a TV series. Oh, and hopefully Ronda Rousey doesn't have a lot of lines or she'll ruin the movie like she did in The Expendables 3.
