I don't know how the first trailer has escaped me for this long but the second trailer was just released today and I'm glad I'm now all caught up with Neill Blomkamp's third movie, CHAPPIE.
Both trailers definitely gave off that Blomkamp-feel, and this one really reminded me of District 9 again. The tone, the "black sheep", the innocence of a new-born mind in a strange new world. Hopefully it will be closer to that than to Elysium (which I didn't dislike too).
Starring Dev Patel, Hugh Jackman, Sigourney Weaver and the voice of Sharlto Copley; CHAPPIE will be released on 6 March 2015.
