The main cast are now in place for the first live-action of Disney's Beauty And The Beast.
We've known for a while now that Emma Watson has secured the role of Belle, and that Bill Condon will direct. Now we have news that both Gaston and Beast has also been cast.
The Hobbit trilogy star Luke Evans will be playing the macho and self-centred Gaston, while Night At The Museum: The Secret Of The Tomb star Dan Stevens will be playing Beast.
Obviously the main star will still be Watson since Gaston (in the classic animation) doesn't have as much screen time as the other two, but also Stevens' bare face won't appear until the final act.
This version of Beauty And The Beast will be a musical as well and will be released some time next year,.
