Marvel Studios has released a special featurette introducing the twins (who are not mutants in this version, so some speculate them to be part of the Inhumans), just so that the general audience get preempted before the movie is released in a month's time..
Looks like Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch are going to be supervillains in the first half, causing great distress to the Avengers, before getting enlisted to be part of the team themselves.
If you have been following all the trailers from Avengers: Age Of Ultron, you would have guessed this would be how the story progressed. But from this featurette, from Elizabeth Olsen's point of view, Scarlet Witch's power will cause the Avengers to suffer a nervous breakdown first before assembling to face Ultron - something I didn't expect to happen. That's one plot point I didn't need to know before watching it.
