Ang Lee has been working on his next project, the Iraq War novel by Ben Fountain, Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk.
So far, he has cast Steve Martin and Garrett Hedlund to lead the charge. And now, he has recruited Kristen Stewart.
In my review for Still Alice, I have praised Stewart for shedding off her Twilight angst and gave a great performance for that movie. I've always thought she was a competent actress until Twilight. So it's no surprise that Stewart is still getting high-profile projects to work on.
Production for the movie begins this month but so far no release date yet.
