One of the best children stories that is very meaningful and insightful is The Little Prince. And Onyx Films is bringing an animated version of the story to the silver screen.
With an impressive voice cast including James Franco, Jeff Bridges, Marion Cotillard, Rachel McAdams, Paul Rudd, Benicio Del Toro, Paul Giamatti and Ricky Gervais. On direction duty is Kung Fu Panda's helmer Mark Osborne, with a screenplay by Irena Brignull who is following up her last beautiful story for The Boxtrolls.
This trailer looks simply amazing. The tone looks wonderfully moving, coupled with Bridges' voice over and Franco as The Fox. This could be the next big hit for Onyx Films.
The Little Prince will be released later this year but no official date as of yet.
