An original thriller co-written and directed by Jon Watts sees Kevin Bacon chasing down two young boys who stole a cop car, hence the title.
This first trailer showed just enough to hook the audience in, with careful editing not to show too much of the plot but just enough to make the trailer look really intense.
Bacon also looks like he's giving one scary performance, which I believe he can deliver. From the little that we saw of him, he looks menacing.
Cop Car will open on 7 August 2015.
