Watch Bill Hader in his first leading man romantic comedy playing opposite Amy Schumer in a new Judd Apatow vehicle.
Universal Pictures has just released an international trailer that, I thought, should have been funnier. Other than the very first scene, the jokes rarely made me chuckle but maybe it's just the way this trailer is cut.
The red band trailer definitely is more interesting than the its counterpart so check it out as well in the second video attached below.
I, however, am more interested to see what the other cast members can do; like Tilda Swinton, Randall Park, Vanessa Bayer, Ezra Miller and Marisa Tomei. Also, one of the highlights surely will be LeBron James in his first feature film experience.
With a script written by Schumer herself - as inspired by her own life experiences of staying unattached to anyone; and if Apatow sees the value of making this movie, there must be some magic in here somewhere.
Trainwreck will be released on 17 July 2015.
