The trailer begins with nothing out of the ordinary as we see a mother and child playing in a room.
Now if you watch it a second time, you'll see everything differently, because after 30 seconds, we will learn that the two are trapped in a small room with only one window.
We don't know how long they are there, or who kept them there, but we see an escape being made and then the two later are reunited. But the story doesn't seem to stop there.
I'm so intrigue by the premise now, and I really want to see this movie. Brie Larson's name is becoming bigger. I think she is on a rise.
The movie is adapted by the author of the novel, Emma Donoghue; and is directed by Lenny Abrahamson.
Also starring William H Macy and Joan Allen, the movie will be released on 16 October 2015.
