I have never read any of the Goosebumps books so I am very unfamiliar with the lore. But this international trailer released by Sony Pictures makes it look like the movie is a remake of Jumanji!
Still, it looks really good, I have to say. The creatures, the cast, the score; even Jack Black looks very different and isn't up to his usual shticks.
This first trailer is also very nicely edited to get the audience excited for the movie, so well done; because I didn't think I would actually like it. Check out the international trailer that contains more footage than the first official one below.
Starring Black, Dylan Minnette, Odeya Rush and Ryan Lee. Goosebumps will be out on 16 October 2015.
