A big Neighbors news was released at the end of last week. The sequel has been confirmed with a release date as well as the title.
Neighbors was one of the best rated-R comedy that came out last year and did phenomenal at the box office. Now it is confirmed that Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising will be released on 13 May 2016.
So, obviously, this time around the "difficult" neighbours will be a sorority house and looks like Chloe Grace Moretz is going to be their ring leader who will spew trouble for Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne. And let's see how Zac Efron will fit into all this.
I like this casting of Moretz. She's at the right age, she's a great actress and this will be her first straight-up comedy foray.
And a 2016 release is the right time for the sequel.
