Dwayne Johnson has been super busy as of late. From arcade game Rampage, to Big Trouble In Little China remake, to Baywatch movie, and not forgetting his first comic book movie outing with DC's Shazam. This guy will get no rest.
As confirmed by The Hollywood Reporter, Johnson once again is teaming up with Disney to bring another one of their theme park rides to the silver screen, Jungle Cruise.
The movie is said to follow the footsteps of 1951's The African Queen, starring Humphrey Bogart and Katharine Hepbrun, which Disney's ride was also inspired by.
John Requa and Glenn Ficarra, who wrote and directed this year's Focus, are writing the script. But it is still not confirmed if they will be directing as well.
No word yet on a release date for the movie.
