It was already announced earlier that Will Ferrell is set to play Russ Meyer in the comedy-biopic titled Russ & Roger.
Last week, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed that playing opposite Ferrell will be Josh Gad, who will be portraying arguably the most famous movie critic of all time, Roger Ebert.
The story is said to centre around the period when Meyer and Ebert were creating the movie Beyond The Valley Of The Dolls for 20th Century Fox. It was the first ever X-rated movie ever been produced by a major Hollywood studio, and the duo had the best time of their lives making it.
The movie will be directed by Michael Winterbottom and will be out sometime 2016.
