J.J. Abrams lied. He's like pulling an April's Fool prank on the whole world and I'm sure he's enjoying it.
He made us think that the official trailer was going to be the last one, but three days ago we had more footage in the international trailer released for Japan. And today even more new footage in this 30-second commercial.
Not that I'm complaining. Every time something new drops, I'm all eyes and ears when it comes to Star Wars. And I have a feeling this won't be the last commercial we see too.
As for the trailer itself, probably before we saw anything from the new movie, a lot of people were worried about if it would come off as very "Disney-like". So far we've seen nothing to justify that, until now. That music in the background and the voice-over from (I'm guessing) Maz Kanata, it doesn't get anymore Disney than this!
That's probably the only thing I didn't enjoy from this trailer.
