Margot Robbie And Alexander Skarsgard's The Legend Of Tarzan First Trailer And Poster

Warner Bros. Pictures and Village Roadshow Pictures have quietly developed a new Tarzan movie, and have just released its first poster and trailer.

It could not have gotten a better cast. With Alexander Skarsgard playing Tarzan and Margot Robbie as Jane, and then there is Christoph Waltz as the antagonist. That would have been enough but yet, there is still Samuel L. Jackson and Djimon Hounsou.

There's also David Yates in the director's chair, and I'm very curious to see what he can do outside of the Harry Potter universe - which he is currently back to with Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them.

Edit: The movie tells the story of Tarzan after leaving the jungle for civilization with his wife, Jane; and not what I thought it was.

This trailer shows that the movie may have its focus on after Tarzan and Jane have met, and not too much on the origins of Tarzan which we are all very aware of. And I'm very curious to see what Waltz, Jackson and Hounsou will bring to their characters.

Tarzan will open on 1 July 2016.
