Oscar Isaac's Poe Dameron character has been introduced as one of the new main leads in the "light side" alongside Daisy Ridley and John Boyega. However, his character is still shrouded with mystery and has never been featured prominently as the other two.
So now Lucasfilm has just released a character poster just for Isaac's Poe, also revealing his rank as Black Leader of the X-Wing squadron.
I don't want to read too much into this but I already have. With his character still hidden from the rest of the world, I can't help but wonder if he has a darker arc - perhaps a traitor to the heroes?
