The new Matthew McConaughey's Civil War drama, Free State Of Jones, has released a first movie poster through STX Entertainment.
The movie is directed and written by Oscar-nominee Gary Ross and also stars Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Keri Russell and Mahershala Ali. The story centers around McConaughey's Southern farmer forming an armed rebellion against the Confederacy.
I like this poster because it says a lot just from the expression and the way the face is presented to us. If you just read what the movie is about above and then look at this picture, you would have to admit that it stirs up something inside of you.
The movie will be out on 13 May 2016.
Love this poster. McConaughey has the most amazingly intense eyes. Prefer his looks since he lost so much weight. Before he was just another Hollywood pretty boy, now he has the face of a pre-Raphaelite painting.
