Zoro is getting a reboot from Lantica Media and Sobini Films, and it is going to be titled, simply, Z.
But what made this news more interesting is that co-writer for Gravity, and son of Gravity director Alfonso, Jonas Cuaron will be writing and directing the new Zoro.
However, Cuaron's best work was his writing with his father for Gravity. Other than that, there's nothing noteworthy in his short resume but that's not to say he isn't good. We just don't know. Also he hasn't directed much so if this is going to be a big movie, this will really be his test.
No word yet on a release date.
