I for one am curious to see the "new" Renee Zellweger, since she has been away from the limelight for a very long time.
The first trailer for Universal Pictures and Working Title's upcoming sequel, Bridget Jones' Baby, has been released.
The first half is quite a bore and I almost gave up as I began to lose focus. But then, that three-way joke came in and pulled me right back. And it kept going uphill from there, all the way to the last bit with Emma Thompson who gave a brilliant performance, even in just one or two lines right at the end.
Also starring Colin Firth, Patrick Dempsey and Jim Broadbent, with a very quick cameo from Ed Sheeran whose actual scene could be just as quick. Directed once again by Sharon Maguire, who directed the first one; the movie will be out on 16 September 2016.
