Star Wars' Rogue One And Marvel's Doctor Strange Trailers Announced!

What a joy to wake up to this piece of news!

First, Walt Disney Pictures and Marvel Studios' second movie of the year, after Captain America: Civil War; the lesser known Doctor Strange will be getting its first trailer premiered on "Jimmy Kimmel Live".

The TV talk show hosted by Jimmy Kimmel will be celebrating a whole week of Marvel as both Team Cap and Team Iron Man will be making appearances on the show on different dates.

And in between them, Benedict Cumberbatch will be visiting together with Clark Greg from TV's "Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D."; but of course the main focus will be on Cumberbatch who will debut the first Doctor Strange trailer. The date is 12 April 2016, so it will be exploding all over YouTube for us here in Asia by 13 April 2016.

Just as an extra caveat, Thor's Chris Hemsworth will drop in to the show to promote his upcoming movie, The Huntsman: Winter's War.

But what really caught me by surprise this morning was this. Rogue One: A Star Wars Story has dropped a teaser ahead of the trailer release tomorrow!

You can check it out below. There isn't a lot to see, but man, are those the new Shadow Troopers?

There has been much speculation on both movies' trailers and when they will be released. Many thought that one of them would be attached to this week's The Jungle Book - which is from Walt Disney Pictures as well - or with Captain America: Civil War, in three weeks.

So those predicting Rogue One are the winner, but nobody thought we would be getting these two trailers so close together!

The next question I have is, how long are these trailers? I'm guessing Rogue One will be a less than two minutes teaser while Doctor Strange will be a full trailer. Check back tomorrow to find out.
