Star Wars' Rogue One First Poster And Featurette From Celebration

It's been an underwhelming weekend so far as Star Wars Celebration is underway. While participants have received the new trailer, the Internet only gets this featurette with director Gareth Edwards and many slow-motion shots.

Then again, this reel is almost three minutes long, filled with all-new imagery from Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. Any new reel from an upcoming Star Wars movie is always a welcome.

I still geek out with all the new species and the new iteration of the Trooper armour when they came onscreen. And with Felicity Jones' character uttering those words at the end, it's gotten me curioser and curioser as to how the Force is represented in this movie without Jedi.

But will we see the official trailer any time soon? Let's see if anything drops tomorrow.

We also get the first poster from the movie. I thought this is fan-made at first because this is by far the furthest away from the numbered movie posters we are used to getting. And with the Stormtroopers seemingly walking on water, it just doesn't scream "official" if you didn't tell me it is.

Not my favourite poster from the franchise but that looming Death Star is great.

The movie will be out on 16 December 2016.
