Casting news for Sony Pictures' upcoming Jumanji reboot is finalizing with Dwayne Johnson leading the cast.
According to Johnson's Facebook page via ComingSoon, Johnson has made another "passionate" announcement about his latest cast member and first actress to join the project, Karen Gillan.
She will be in the company of Johnson, Kevin Hart, Jack Black and Nick Jonas. Johnson also has announced previously that this movie will not be a remake, but will follow the events of the first movie which starred the late Robin Williams.
Jumanji will be directed by Jake Kasdan from a script by Scott Rosenberg. No word yet on a release date.
