A war movie from the same director as Braveheart? Take my money right now.
Sure, Mel Gibson has had his moments of senility; but you can't say he's not a brilliant filmmaker. This first trailer released by Lionsgate shows us just that.
This real story about this particular soldier played by Andrew Garfield already is an interesting subject to begin with. Then put in those beautiful shots by Gibson and this has easily become one of my most anticipated movies for the rest of the year.
Garfield's accent is another thing that stands out, among others. It sounds very believable and I bought that speech about how he wants to put the world back together.
The cast of Garfield, Teresa Palmer, Sam Worthington, Luke Bracey, Vince Vaughn and Hugo Weaving all add onto the selling point of the movie; which will be out on 4 November 2016.
