CBS Films has released the first trailer to Peter Berg's next directorial, Patriots Day. With Deepwater Horizon getting fantastic reviews (though that has not translated to box office results), this trailer can only get moviegoers more excited to be seeing another project by Berg and Mark Wahlberg in yet another movie based on true events.
There are some beautiful shots in this trailer, and the other cast members like J.K. Simmons, John Goodman and Kevin Bacon look really good in their roles too even without any lines yet.
Written by Berg and Matt Cook, the movie will be out on limited release on 21 December 2016, and worldwide on 13 January 2017.
