Marvel Studios has released the first teaser trailer and teaser poster to the highly anticipated Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2.
The short teaser is a proper teaser. Not some nonsense 15-seconds teaser to a teaser. It shows that the whole gang is back again, with Yondu and Nebula even appearing in the teaser poster. Nebula may have an even bigger role this time, too.
The poster is something else. It's got that 60's or 70's vibe to it, like the cover of a record sleeve. And I would never have seen Groot if director James Gunn didn't posted a zoomed in shot of him behind the boot of Starlord.
There are two money shots in this trailer. One was Rocket and Yondu walking side by side in the middle of falling bodies. And the other, obviously, the last shot with Rocket and Groot.
I can't wait for this movie to arrive. This is one of those times that I wish trailers to movies should strictly come out a month or two before the actual release date. In this case, it's 5 May 2017.
