Another comic book title that I have seen but have never picked up. Painkiller Jane was first published by Image Comics and will be hitting the silver screens.
Deadline has reported that Jessica Chastain has signed the dotted line to play the titular character, an undercover narcotics operative who almost died during a mission, instead gains regenerative abilities and then decides to become a vigilante.
No word yet on a director nor a release date.
