Even though Star Wars: The Force Awakens has removed all that incredible anticipation and hype, Rogue One is living a hype of its own.
These two new international trailers for the Japanese and Korean markets look even better than the previous US trailer. With better editing to show more of the emotions behind the action, these put the characters in a much better light and without the potential cheesy dialogue like from Forrest Whitaker's character and the "save the cheerleader, save the world" reference.
Also, I realised that the little girl who plays young Jyn Erso might have dubbed herself or has a different take of her line, "I understand." These new ones sounded less British as compared to the US trailer.
These two trailers do have different footage, though still with flaws. The Korean version has a longer scene with Donnie Yen and Jiang Wen, which I found it doesn't really flow well.
But still, we're finally getting a war film from Star Wars, and I can't wait to watch this Star Wars story unfold when it's released on 16 December 2016.
