From the visionary director of Snowpiercer, Bong Joon Ho's latest offering comes in the form of Okja; and it will have its debut at the 70th Cannes Film Festival, today.
This trailer looks fantastic. From Tilda Swinton's monologue opening, I was taken aback when the first pause came; which elevated my interest completely.
The look of the movie and the look of that beast named Okja, all have this surreal and fantastical feel to it - much like its poster.
The very strong cast includes Snowpiercer's Swinton, as well as Paul Dano, Steven Yuen, Lily James and Jake Gyllenhaal. And those few scenes with Dano looks really great - his choices in roles have been very impressive thus far.
Okja will have an exclusive premier on Netflix come 28 June 2017.
