The infamous serial killer Ted Bundy is getting a biography in a very independent form, and also a very indie title, Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil And Vile; according to Variety.
And Zac Efron has signed on to play the main character, which is a very interesting choice and will probably be Efron's most challenging role to date. Not that I do not think he is up for it, he definitely has the talent to back it up. It's just that he has not had the best roles recently. (Maybe Baywatch will be good but he's supporting Dwayne Johnson in that movie.)
Principal photography is said to commence this October and financed by Voltage Pictures and Cota Films.
