Saw has been a beloved franchise to me personally as the first one blew my mind back in 2004. But by the seventh, even I was feeling the fatigue.
So I am unsure how to feel about bringing the franchise back again to the silver screen with an all new cast and crew.
Previously titled Saw: Legacy, Lionsgate has revealed a change in the title which I am happy to see the generic name go. Simply just Jigsaw now, directed by Michael and Peter Spierig; it will be out on 27 October 2017.
A first trailer will be out probably within the week.
